Troubleshooting

Calculator does not appear

• Confirm the calculator is published.
• Check the shortcode ID or block selection.
• Clear any page cache and retest in a private window.

Total looks wrong

• Review calculation rules and conditional adjustments.
• Verify option values match what the rules expect.
• Confirm currency in Settings.

Emails not arriving

• Check spam/junk.
• Confirm notification settings under Settings → Emails.
• Test WordPress mail with an SMTP plugin if your host blocks default mail.

Lead form captcha fails or keeps refreshing

• Confirm Enable custom captcha is on for that calculator, then save and publish.
• Enter the answer exactly (math result, or the characters shown in the image).
• Use the refresh control if the challenge expired, then submit again.
• Clear page cache and retest; captcha tokens are short-lived and one-time use.

Styles clash with the theme

• Try another calculator theme (for example Guide).
• Note transparent background options if your page already provides a background.
