Smart QuoteFlow

Give visitors a number before they call you.

Smart QuoteFlow adds a live estimate calculator to your site. Someone answers a few questions, watches the price update, and sends you a request — already qualified, already priced.

From question to quote

One visit, four steps. You configure the calculator once; the rest runs on its own.

  1. 01

    Calculate

A visitor answers a short set of questions and watches the price update as they go, built from fields and pricing rules you set.
  2. 02

    Capture

When they're ready, an inline form collects their contact details alongside the answers that produced their number.
  3. 03

    Quote

Turn the lead into a quote from the admin, with status you can move through draft, sent, accepted, or declined.
  4. 04

    Notify

You and your customer both get an email when a lead arrives, a quote is created, or its status changes.

Who it's for

Service businesses and agencies who'd rather have a visitor self-estimate than start with a phone call — cleaning, moving, painting, web projects, and similar quote-driven work.

If you already run WordPress and want calculators, leads, and quotes in one admin screen, this fits how you work.

What stays in your hands

  • Currency and defaults, set once in Settings
  • Which fields and options show up on the calculator
  • How the total gets calculated
  • Custom captcha on the lead form (recommended)
  • Where the calculator appears — shortcode or block

What's in the free plugin

The free plugin is meant to carry a real business on its own. Optional Pro add-ons are planned for later.

  • Calculator builder with core field types
  • Pricing rules with conditional adjustments
  • Themes, including a multi-step Guide layout
  • Lead list with a detail view for each one
  • Quotes with status tracking

  • Custom captcha on the lead form (recommended)
  • Email notifications for you and your customers
  • One currency setting for the whole site
  • Starter templates: cleaning, moving, painting, websites
  • Bulk or individual delete in every admin list
